Our fee philosophy is based on a concept that requires consideration of, as a minimum, the following factors:

• The time required to complete the engagement
• The level of experience of the staff members performing the services
• The level and quality of assistance provided by the client and/or their employees or representatives
• The time limitations imposed by the client or by the circumstances
• The complexity of the engagement and the skill required to perform the services
• The nature and length of professional relationship with the client
